the room was spacious! (i stayed in a beautiful room) all the facilities in the room were very good. breakfast had plenty of high-quality food to chose from, what a treat! the hotel is in a great location.
the design of the bathroom is not great. the toilet is in a separate, very small and confined space. i was asked for a payment deposit and then a payment was taken without my agreement. they did refund this when i raised it as an issue.

i encountered some issues . the lighting in the room was difficult to navigate. the hospitality tray was quite poor, lacking essential items (i expected more for the price i paid). these small details affected my overall experience negatively.

The location proved convenient. I found a cafe, shops and a pharmacy nearby, a definite plus. The breakfast offered good variety. The pool was clean, I enjoyed using it.
The toilet cubicle felt too small. I have a medical issue, this made it a little difficult for me. The lighting also seemed hard to navigate. I noticed that amenities like a toothbrush were not provided.
